DESIGN
This process in short, involves the understanding of the client’s vision and the planning of the most execution in the project. General design ideas, or concepts, are presented and developed with client feedback into schematic design. Once a scheme is created, the rough sketch is developed into a working set of plans.

DOCUMENTATION
Design and planning incorporates more than merely the aesthetics and organization of buildings; it also ensures that the designs for buildings conform to zoning, building codes, and safety requirements. Documentation services often include obtaining building permits and variances. Additionally, this step involves producing documentation for certifications and license applications.

VISUALIZATIONS
Creating visual representations of a project following the designing phase. Those visuals may include photorealistic renderings, diagrammatic plans, video presentations and VR walkthroughs. These representations are used to convey information and promote the project to the clients, potential investors or the general public.

RESEARCH
Services for theoretical projects and the research for custom design solutions. Those may include, conducting feasibility studies, historical and landmark reviews, energy efficiency modifications, fire safety studies, lighting studies, new construction technology applications and accessibility studies.
