ABOUT ME

Hello! I am a architectural engineer based in Athens. I got my MA at the University of Patras. Since my studies I have worked as a freelance professional in collaboration with architectural offices and individual clients. My services usually include the digital and three-dimensional representation of architectural projects. My interests lie in the implementation of modern technology in architecture and urban design. Specifically, the technological application at the drawing and planning stages, through parametric design and BIM software and the design of technologicaly infused elements, such as interactive facades and energy efficient buildings.
HARD WORKING
I am very methodical and focused on my work.I take my responsibilities very seriously and I am generally well-organised and professional
INNOVATIVE
I strive to find the optimal solution for any problem and use new ways to self-improve.
DECISIVE
I am comfortable making bold decisions and embarking into new exiting projects with optimism and confidence
ENTHUSIASTIC

MY SKILLS

When it comes to technical skills I have plenty of experience with physical artistic mediums and digital design software. Due to personal interests I have practiced drawing sketching painting and sculpting. I also developed my skills in many digital drawing environments with a rising interest in three-dimensional modeling. During my studies I have worked on projects of different scale and/or theme, from urban design to interior restorations. For my projects I like to combine several mediums and methods for optimal and unique results.

KEY FEATURES

“As an architect you design for the present, with an awareness of the past, for a future which is essentially unknown.” – Norman Foster
DESIGN
This process in short, involves the understanding of the client’s vision and the planning of the most execution in the project. General design ideas, or concepts, are presented and developed with client feedback into schematic design. Once a scheme is created, the rough sketch is developed into a working set of plans.
DOCUMENTATION
Design and planning incorporates more than merely the aesthetics and organization of buildings; it also ensures that the designs for buildings conform to zoning, building codes, and safety requirements. Documentation services often include obtaining building permits and variances. Additionally, this step involves producing documentation for certifications and license applications.
VISUALIZATIONS
Creating visual representations of a project following the designing phase. Those visuals may include photorealistic renderings, diagrammatic plans, video presentations and VR walkthroughs. These representations are used to convey information and promote the project to the clients, potential investors or the general public.
RESEARCH
Services for theoretical projects and the research for custom design solutions. Those may include, conducting feasibility studies, historical and landmark reviews, energy efficiency modifications, fire safety studies, lighting studies, new construction technology applications and accessibility studies.
